Investments within the accommodation include;

rubbish and recyclables items.
- Loft insulation dept of 0.26 metres.
- Latest replacement windows with the latest technology sealed units and glass.
- New condensing A-rated boiler with upgraded thermostatic controls and room thermostat.
- Philips latest energy saving light bulbs throughout.
- Halogen bulbs 50W have been replaced with 35W bulbs.
- A-rated kitchen appliances by Miele.
